Our objective is not to replace any government or statutory body, but to develop an ideal model of public welfare in coordination with the Government of India, society, statutory bodies, and legally compliant organizations, where every member feels like an integral part of a family.

Member Welfare and Cooperation Scheme

Name of the Scheme

Aachman Sewa Prakalp Member Welfare and Cooperation Scheme

Objective

  • Expansion of the feeling of service, cooperation, and compassion.
  • Standing with members and their families in times of crisis.
  • Developing a culture of trust, responsibility, and mutual cooperation in society.

Membership

  • Only a duly registered member of the Trust can join this scheme.
  • Every member can voluntarily provide a cooperation amount.
  • This amount will be considered a donation/voluntary cooperation, not an insurance premium.

Areas of Assistance

Assistance may be provided in the following circumstances according to available resources and rules—

Assistance in critical illness.
Assistance in case of accidental mishap.
Condolence support on the demise of a member.
Assistance for the marriage of a poor girl.
Education and scholarship assistance.
Natural disaster relief.
Assistance in other special humanitarian circumstances.

Process of Assistance

  • A prescribed application form and necessary certificates will be submitted.
  • The Managing Committee will impartially examine each application.
  • Assistance will be approved according to available funds, need, and rules.
  • The final decision to grant or not grant assistance will rest with the Managing Committee.

Important Declaration

  • This scheme is not an insurance scheme of any kind.
  • This is not an insurance contract, investment scheme, or guaranteed return scheme of any kind.
  • No member will have an automatic or legal right to any fixed amount.
  • Assistance will be provided solely based on available resources, the rules of the Trust, and the decision of the Managing Committee.
  • The Trust does not provide financial guarantees like insurance for any future event.

Transparency and Accountability

  • Annual income-expenditure and accounts will be maintained regularly.
  • Records of every assistance will be kept safe.
  • Statutory audits will be conducted from time to time.
  • Full transparency and accountability towards members will be ensured.

Amendments

The Managing Committee will be authorized to amend the rules of this scheme from time to time according to need, circumstances, and applicable legal provisions.

Statutory Policy

If guaranteed security such as life insurance, accidental insurance, or health insurance is provided to members in the future, the Trust itself will not act as an insurance provider.

All such services will be provided only through Group Insurance schemes of IRDAI registered insurance companies or other statutory schemes.

The role of the Trust will be limited only to—

  • Connecting members,
  • Raising awareness,
  • Providing necessary documentary assistance,
  • And coordinating with concerned institutions.
